The development team at AcctVantage has been busy over the past few months working on a facelift for AV. We’ve listened to what our clients feel would improve their AcctVantage experience. Many of you have asked for easier to read screens, larger fonts and easier work flows. We are proud to introduce AcctVantage 13.1 and below you will find tours of the new features and interface changes. A New and Improved User Interface!

AcctVantage 13.1 includes a freshening up of the interface. Significant changes include making the Task Bar optional as well as increasing screen and font sizes throughout. Many screens were redesigned to organize the data more effectively. Don’t worry, the change is not so drastic that users will get lost, but you may take a wrong turn once or twice while you get used to it!

AcctVantage 13.1 is available in “single user” mode if you would like to preview the interface changes prior to upgrading. Contact Support for assistance in setting up a test environment using your data.

Sales Master

We are very excited to bring you a redesigned Sales Master screen! This screen is truly your “Home Base” for all things client related. Check out the video for a complete review!

Applying Deposits

We began the development of this feature for our last release and have put the finishing touches on it for 13.1. Handling of, and accounting for, customer pre-payments, deposits and credits is greatly improved. Please review the video for more details.

Accounts Payable

A few versions ago we changed the default tab for new AP Vouchers to the “PO Line Items” tab…some of you were a bit….well….irritated by that. We’ve heard you and now offer a way to choose your own default via the Administration > System Configuration screen.
